Meditation in Everyday Life (1st class April 9th!)

Time: 8:00pm–9:15pm (please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled in)

Meditation allows us to calm the mind, open the heart, and live more fully in the present moment. The meditation teachings of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche show us how to transform any experience, even difficult situations and emotions, into a source of joy. These meditation techniques can be practiced by anyone, regardless of faith or cultural background.

Whether you’re new to meditation, or an old hand, please join in. We meet regularly to explore the richness that meditation can bring to our lives.
