Sat Charan Simran Kaur (Sheila Biddiscombe) is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, a Student of Ayurvedic Medicine, and a Social Worker of 25 years. She has a passion for wholistic health, spirituality, counseling, and supporting others to achieve optimal wellness, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

She has taught yoga to individuals and groups at various locations for several years, and has supported people facing various life challenges for 25 years.

She states she is blessed to have the opportunity to teach at Bridge & Enrich Lives Society.

Each class consists of a Tuning in Mantra, Warmups, the Kriya (set of actions for a desired purpose), Deep Relaxation, and Meditation (may include chanting) and a Closing Song. You will experience a different Kriya and meditation each week.
