DESCRIPTION:RtR is a regular conscious movement practice in Vancouver\, a safe space to dive deep and connect with your body\, mind\, soul and spirit! \nJoin Ride the Rhythm on September 26th at 7 PM for an evening of Conscious Movement Practice and ecstatic dance. \nStay tuned\, we’ll be announcing the facilitator and DJ for the evening soon.
