DESCRIPTION:Silent Meditation\nWelcoming you to our weekly ONLINE Silent Meditation Gathering!  \nA meditation space is being offered to all to come and sit in silence together. \nSome of us sit in the tradition of Soto Zen (Serene Reflection Meditation). \nAll traditions of silent meditation are welcome! \nFirst Sitting for 30 minutes starts at: \n7:20pm PST    (Tuesday evening)\n10:20pm EST  (Tuesday evening)\n7:50am IST     (Wednesday morning INDIA Time) \nWe will have 2 Sitting Meditation periods. \nWalking Meditation of 5 minutes follows the first sitting\, in turn followed by a 3-4 minute break. \nWe will usually play a recorded Dharma Talk/s before the 2nd sitting: Non-duality teachings from various traditions are featured. \nTo Attend:\nTo join this gathering\, an orientation session is first required.
