BC’S RESTART: CURRENTLY IN STEP 3

In response to BC’s health guidelines, we will be adjusting our guidelines through the various steps of the BC Restart plan.

Currently we are in Step 3, which means that “all indoor fitness classes allowed, normal capacity” and that masks are now recommended, but no longer mandatory.

» North Shore Zendo: 1-hour meditation classes

» Yogacharini Maitreyi/Arkaya Community Yoga: online classes are up and running on Saturdays and they hope to return to BE in 2022

» Supriti/Sindoori: Tuesday evening silent meditation via Zoom

We are no longer able to accept drop-ins or have visitors to the studio outside of confirmed class times. To attend a class or event, please be sure to contact us or the instructor directly to book your spot. Details are in the event listings below.
