Silent Meditation

Welcoming you to our weekly ONLINE Silent Meditation Gathering!  

A meditation space is being offered to all to come and sit in silence together. Some of us sit in the tradition of Soto Zen, a Buddhist meditation practice called  Serene Reflection Meditation. All traditions of silent meditation are welcome!

First Sitting for 30 minutes starts at:

7:20pm PST    (Tuesday evening)
10:20pm EST  (Tuesday evening)
7:50am IST     (Wednesday morning INDIA Time)

We will have 2 Sitting Meditation periods.

Walking Meditation of 5 minutes follows the first sitting, in turn followed by a 3-4 minute break.

We will usually play a recorded Dharma Talk/s before the 2nd sitting.

To join this class, an orientation session is first required. Please contact Supriti if you are interested in joining, and we will help you set up for our gathering, sharing with you what to expect and addressing any questions you may have..
