Honour Divine Mother and explore meaning, growth, and embodiment through movement, spiritual practice and reflection.
We are born on this Earth to live fully. How can we respect our home–the natural world around us, our bodies and our potential for growth? In this workshop, we will honour Divine Mother as manifestation, and explore where we are, how we find meaning and what we want to grow toward.

Swami Lalitananda
Swami Lalitananda became the president of Yasodhara Ashram in 2014 and carries forward the lineage in this tradition, whose leadership is passed through women. She became a student of Swami Radha’s in 1979 and a teacher in this tradition in 1982. She had the privilege of living and working with Swami Radha for eight years and also experienced the mentorship of Swami Radhananda for many years. She has a background in counseling psychology.
Swami Lalitananda loves welcoming people to the teachings that have brought so much joy and meaning to her own life. She is committed to passing this lineage to others who are committed to self-inquiry, spiritual practices and to the challenge of learning to live together in harmony—in community and in the world.
